How much should I pay to block the dates you require?
To ensure your chosen dates, we’ll need a non-refundable deposit of 15% the cost of the total rent. The chosen dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been paid. It will also provide an address and home phone number.
When do I pay the balance?
The balance must be paid in full 7 weeks before the date of arrival. If you book within 60 days from the date of arrival, you will be required to pay the full amount on booking.
How to pay?

What are the cancellation rules?
The deposit for the reservation is non refundable in case of cancellation. If you paid the full booking amount, we will refund 80% of the fee for any cancellation up to 8 weeks before the occupation. For any late cancellation you will lose the total amount.
Is there is a lease to be signed to guarantee me and the owner?
The final payment for this holiday villa rental you agree to the terms and conditions of the rental. The invoice charge includes the terms and conditions which will be explained in full at time of booking.
What time should I arrive (check-in) and leave the house (check-out)?
Normally, the check-in time is after 4 PM, to allow you to thoroughly clean and prepare the villa for guests. Guests arriving in advance can take advantage of the resort’s facilities, relax by the pool or in the Clubhouse, have a drink or eat something excellent pub just opposite the gate of the resort. Check out is at 10 AM. If the return flight is much later, you can also stay in the Clubhouse on the day of departure and ask the custody of baggage and personal effects. Anyhow, if you have specific request for the arrival or departure, we will be happy to meet your requests or help you organize in the best way.
Where will I find the keys to the villa?
The villa has an external security box which opens with a code that you will be notified the day prior to your arrival. You will find the access key there. You will have a telephone contact who can help you in case of any problem, but if you have special needs or prefer personal welcome just let us know ahead of time and we will try to accommodate you.
How am I going to get to the resort and find the villa?
Eagle Villa is very easy to find! And a map with directions will be provided in the final instructions for the arrival.
Is there a cleaning service?
The villa is thoroughly cleaned right before the arrival and after the departure of each guest. Our cleaning service is provided by a company that professionally manages the maintenance of villas for rent. The cleaning fee is 100 USD weekly. No fees will be applied to more than 7 nights bookings. The rental price does not include any cleaning service during the stay, but you can order a week cleaning at an additional cost.
The villa has a private swimming pool? Is it safe for my family?
Yes, the pool is heated and lit patio is in the back of the house. Completely covered with a light but solid metal structure that supports the mosquito net to protect against insects, dust, leaves and for even more privacy without sacrificing the sun and fresh air. For the safety of the children, the sliding glass doors have locks and alarm access. In addition to those of common sense, There are safety rules, illustrated in the signs and informative books that you will find inside the villa. The owners and the management company accept no liability for personal injury or loss arising from use of the swimming pool.
Do you pay for the pool heater?
The pool heating is extra and can be expected at the time of reservation or at check-in. The price varies depending on when and for how long it is requested. Anyhow, the heating will be activated for a minimum of 4 days. Guests who prefer to wait to get to the villa to decide whether or not to heat the swimming pool, can apply at any time. But it should be considered, a lapse for activation time and full operativity of the water heating system. And if you book the pool heating in advance, the fee is reduced.
What are the facilities available in High Grove?
High Grove is a gated community, which can be accessed only through a gate that opens with electronic codes and custom.In the Clubhouse guests have access to these facilities:

– drinking / refreshment point
– pc with internet access area

I have to pay to use the facilities of the resort?
No, access to facilities shall be paid by the owners of the villa and is extended to customers. Except for any extra initiative that takes place within the resort or Clubhouse, or the videogames tokens.
The villa has a telephone and Internet access for guests?
The house has a phone in the kitchen and master bedroom. Calls to anywhere in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico are free. There is free high speed internet and Wi-Fi connectivity anywhere in the house or in the pool. There is also an internet cafe in Clubhouse, with Wi-Fi connection service.
Do I have to bring my own linens, towels, blankets, etc… ?
Absolutely not, unless it’s your desire! You will find linen, blankets, tablecloths, cloths, sheets, towels for hygiene and for the pool. The bathrooms include a hair dryer, a small bar of soap and a basic supply of toilet paper. Upon request, you can get a larger or specific equipment at your arrival.
How can I wash my clothes or my clothes?
The house has a washer and dryer (comfortable and very easy to use), iron and ironing board. Detergents have be provided by guests.
The kitchen is functional? What shall I bring or buy?
In the kitchen there is anything that you may need. Large and small household appliances such as cooker with electric, oven, microwave, maxi-fridge with icebox, dishwasher, mixer, coffee machine, toaster, electric bottle opener. And then set of dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, pots, set of kitchen knives, tablecloths, placemats, towels and everything that can serve a family of 8 people.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, The villa has air conditioning and heating. The temperature can be adjusted within certain limits, to prevent malfunction. In every room, also electrically activated cooling blades.
If I need extra equipement, such as strollers, wheelchairs , etc …?
Most items can be rented for a week or a day at reasonable prices. Please contact us for specific assistance on this.
Where can I park?
The house has its own double garage and off street private parking for 2 big cars.
The house and the resort are suitable for children?
The pool, game room, the children’s playground … the indoor and outdoor spaces clean and spacious …. Surely it is the ideal place for family vacation! You can relax after a day around the parks, or choose to spend a relaxing day enjoying the comfort of the villa or High Grove, without regard to file the buffet, take turns showering or being limited by space and by the rules of a hotel.

We invite you to contact immediately the reference numbers you will find inside the villa. The Property Manager will take care of you, both in the case of a small maintenance that extraordinary intervention.
